What we store

Tessera Alchemy stores the following information about you:

• Your account: name, email address, organisation and role.
• A record of your sign-ins: when you log in and which pages you open.
• The notes you send via Tell us: the text you write, the screen you were on, the question you had set, the version number, your screen size and your browser type.

What we do not receive

We never receive anything you load as Your record. When you upload a file to analyse, it is read in your browser and stays on your machine. We never see it, never store it and never transmit it. If you choose to export your analysis, you control where that file goes.

Where your data is held

Your account and the notes you send are held by MITMARK on Supabase (London region) and Netlify. Both are encrypted in transit and at rest.

Cookies

We use cookies only for sign-in. These are secure cookies that expire after a set time. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies or analytics cookies.

How to ask for deletion

To ask for your account and notes to be deleted, send a note via Tell us on any screen in the product, or use the "Cannot sign in?" form on the sign-in page if you cannot access the product. A person at MITMARK will respond and handle your request.
